Accra Lions shot stopper Andrews Owusu has won the Ghana Premier League Goalkeepers of the Month for April 2024.

He was shortlisted alongside Ernest Kussi of Bibiani Gold Stars, Kofi Baah of FC Samartex 1996, and Kpando Heart of Lions Lawrence Kyei.

After an outstanding effort that saw his team finish the month with three victories, three draws, one loss, and three clean sheets while conceding three goals in five league games in April, Andrews Owusu emerged as winner of the award.

He will receive a set of gloves and a customized shirt from the retired National Goalkeepers Association of Ghana.
