Paga Japan Stars charged for failing to honour league matches

Paga Japan Stars have been charged on one count of misconduct for failing to honour their respective GN Bank Division One League matches from Day 7.

Japan Stars have failed to honour their Match Days 8, 9 and 10 in violation of the GFA Division One League Special Regulations adopted by the Congress on 30th December, 2014 and the GFA General Regulations.

The Club is expected to submit their written Statement of Defence to the charge(s) on or before Wednesday, April 26, 2017 on or before 5pm at the GFA Secretariat or through email address to the Disciplinary Committee, dc@ghanafa.org failing which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case without your Statement of Defence.

Should he choose Defence Options 3 (Personal Hearing) in your Statement of Defence, kindly attend the Disciplinary Committee meeting on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 3pm at the GFA Secretariat to answer to the charge(s), failure which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case in you absence.
