Two third-tier sides, Woe FC and Dawhenya FC will battle on Wednesday, Ghana's independence Day for a place in the Round of 32 in the MTN FA Cup.

Both sides will clash at the Akatsi Training College Park in one of the three outstanding matches of the Round of 64 pairings.

Woe United made it to this stage of the Cup competition after being declared winners following a protest against their preliminary round opponents, Mepe United.

The winner of Wednesday's fixture will clash with Nania FC, champions of the competition two seasons ago in the next round.
