Medeama were handed a 4-0 crushing defeat by Tema Youth on Sunday in the Glo Premier League.
A brace from Francis Narh in the first half and two second half goals from Bright Adjei and Abass Mohammed condemned the leaders to defeat.
Despite the loss, Medeama still hog the top spot with a three-point lead.
The win lifts Tema Youth to 11th on the standings.
