The 2024 DOL Super Cup has continued to deliver exciting football action, with Vision FC maintaining their perfect record and securing the top spot in Group B after Match Day 2.

The latest round of matches saw Vision FC triumph over Basake Holy Stars, while Techiman Heroes staged an impressive comeback to defeat Techiman Liberty Youth in a thrilling derby.

Vision FC secured their second win of the tournament with a lone goal from Frank Duku in the 72nd minute, ensuring they remain unbeaten and at the top of Group B.

Despite both teams creating decent chances in the first half, the game remained goalless until Duku, who came off the bench, controlled a beautiful pass from Adamu Amadu, turned his marker, and fired past goalkeeper Appiah Patrick.

In a dramatic Techiman derby, Techiman Heroes came from behind to beat Techiman Liberty Youth 4-2. Sumaila Nashiru opened the scoring for Liberty from the spot on the stroke of halftime. Muntala Issah Dinkon, coming off the bench, equalized for Heroes, followed by goals from Thomas Kofi Boakye and Cosmos Marfo. Nashiru scored again for Liberty, but Dinkon sealed the win for Heroes with his second goal in additional time.
