President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku has announced a major rewards package for outstanding performers in Ghana's domestic football, with the champions of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League and Gold Fields Women's Premier League set to receive brand-new JAC vehicles.

Speaking at the 32nd Ordinary Session Congress at the technical hub of the Football Association in Prampram, President Simeon-Okraku outlined a series of incentives designed to recognise excellence across the domestic football landscape.

The 2026/27 Ghana Premier League champions will drive away with a brand-new JAC vehicle valued at USD 33,000.

The reward represents a significant incentive for clubs competing for the country's top-flight title and adds further prestige to winning the league title.

The champions of the 2026/27 Ghana Women's Premier League will also be rewarded with a brand-new JAC vehicle valued at USD 29,000.

Individual excellence will also be rewarded, with the Best Player of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League set to receive a USD 5,000 cash prize.

The same reward will be presented to the Best Player of the 2026/27 Ghana Women's Premier League, who will also receive USD 5,000 for outstanding performances during the season.

The GFA has extended its rewards programme to the technical area, with the Coach of the Season in both the Ghana Premier League and Women's Premier League each receiving USD 5,000.

Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare will receive a brand-new JAC Vehicle valued at USD 38,000 for being the Domestic Black Stars player.
