All Stars stormed back from behind to earn a share of the spoils at home in their 1-1 draw with Tema Youth.
The Blues were undone when a Francis Narh, in an off-side position run onto a pass to lob goalkeeper Robert Dabou in the 72nd minute.
Television replays confirmed that Narh was clearly in an off-side position before the ball was delivered into his path but the assistant referee kept her flag down.
Tema Youth looked like coasting towards victory when Samuel Azumah equalised for the home team in the 85th minute.
