Ghana striker Matthew Amoah hands Milovan Rajevac a major boost after he returned to the NAC Breda line up and helped his Dutch side book a place in the Europa League next season.

Amoah had been a doubt following his limping off half an hour into Breda’s Europa League play-off match with Feyernood on May 21.

He subsequently missed the first leg clash with FC Groningen on Thursday which ended 1-1.

But on Sunday, the Black Stars striker was hand to score the opener for his club in their 2-0 win over Groningen in their play-off final.

Breda were assured of victory when Feher scored the second goal four minutes from time to end Groningen's European dreams.

Amoah is the part of the squad called by Milovan Rajevac for Ghana’s 2010 World Cup qualifying double-header in June.

Ghana faces two tough away matches in the qualifying campaign with the Black Stars paired against Mali on June 7 and a game with Sudan, thirteen days later.

The Black Stars sit at the summit of the Group D standings after securing an opening day win in the qualifying campaign.
