Reigning champions, Ampem Darkoa Ladies FC have officially been confirmed as Ghana’s representatives for the 2026 CAF Women’s Champions League WAFU B Qualifiers.
The competition is scheduled to take place in Burkina Faso from August 23 to September 5, 2026.
The NanaMma side earned the opportunity with an impressive domestic campaign after defeating Hasaacas Ladies in the grand finale of the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.
The tournament will bring together league winning clubs from the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone B to compete for qualification to the CAF Women’s Champions League.
Ampem Darkoa Ladies have built a reputation as one of Ghana’s most competitive women’s clubs in recent years, having previously won the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League and represented the country at the same level on the continent.
