The 2021/22 Div-2 Promotional Tournament (Middle-League) began on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Participating clubs from the various zones as per the League are:

- EBONY FC
- FIRST CLASS FC
- BENAB FC
- PRO PLAYERS ACADEMY
- NATCOSTA FC
- KUMAWUMAN UNITED
- JACHIE UNITED FC
The 8 clubs shall engage each other in a 4-day competitive tournament to get the ultimate club to represent the region in the National Division-One League.
