Premier League side, Bechem United have relieved their head coach Milisav Bogdanovic off his duties, the Club confirmed on Thursday.
Bogdanovic, according to the Club breached his contract by holding secret talks over a possible move to another premiership side.
"His employment has been terminated with immediate effect for holding secret talks with Aduana Football Club over a move to Dormaa," said a Club statement.
"The Club's internal disciplinary panel recommended the sacking of the Head Coach for disciplinary reasons following an investigation."
Bechem also served notice that it would file a complaint with the Ghana Football Association against Aduana for poaching their Montenegrin coach.
The Club has placed assistant coach Kassim Ocansey Mingle in temporal charge.
Bechem are placed 7th on the standings and visit the Golden City Park this weekend in a match against Berekum Chelsea.
