The Black Princesses defeated Sleza Wroclaw 4-0 in their first international friendly in Poland.

The team dominated from the blast of the whistle, which yielded results in the 35th minute when Jacqueline Ntoso slotted home the opener. The Princesses controlled possession and created several goalscoring opportunities but failed to convert, as the first half ended 1-0.

After the recess, Priscilla Mensah scored from a Ruth Amponsah pass to double the lead.

Ruth Amponsah found the back of the net a few minutes after providing the assist to extend the lead in the 70th minute. Diana Amoako scored from long range to take the tally to four.

The team displayed defensive discipline and remained resolute to end the game 4-0.

The Black Princesses will play another friendly match before officially kick-starting their World Cup campaign against Ecuador on September 6, 2026.
