Ghana’s Beach Soccer National Team, the Black Sharks, have arrived in Abdijan ahead of the second leg of their AFCON qualifier against Ivory Coast, which is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2024.
After securing a thrilling 5-3 victory in the first leg clash held at the Keta Emancipation Beach last weekend, the Black Sharks are determined to maintain their momentum and secure a result in the return encounter that will see them clinch a spot in this year’s Beach Soccer African Cup of Nations, which will be staged in Egypt.
The return fixture promises to be another intense battle between the two sides, with Ghana hoping to exhibit impressive offensive flair and defensive resilience against their Ivorian counterparts.
The Black Sharks will train on Thursday afternoon as they prepare to take to the sandy beach once more on Saturday for the crunch encounter that will be played in Abidjan.
