The Black Stars have opened their 2017 AFCON qualifying campaign with a 7-1 victory over Mauritius.
Christian Atsu gave Ghana the opener in the 11th minute before Jordan Ayew added the second goal five minutes later.
Captain Asamoah Gyan then increased the tally for Ghana in the 24th minute in the match played at the Accra Stadium on Sunday.
Gyan then headed home to grab his second and Ghana's fourth goal of the day.
Sophie J however pulled one back for the Mauritians in the 31th minute before Jordan Ayew got his second goal to end the first half at 5-1.
The second half began with Ghana still dominating and after several attempts at goal, Leicester city striker Jeffrey Schlupp scored his first international goal to give Ghana a 6-1 lead.
Substitute David Accam then put the icing on the cake when he drove home a shot on the stroke of fulltime.
Black Stars will take on Rwanda in subsequent group matches in the qualifiers in Kigali on September 5 before hosting Mozambique on March 23 next year before travelling for the return leg the following week.
Ghana will end the qualifiers at home when they host Rwanda on September 3, 2016 after travelling to face Mauritius on June 4, 2016.
