Ghana will meet Tunisia in the quarter-final of the African Cup of Nations on Sunday after topping Group D.

The Black Stars drew 1-1 with Guinea on Wednesday in the final game and were joined by Mali to qualify from the group.

Ghana's game with the Carthage Eagles, who finished as runners up in Group C will be played in Franceville.
