Ghana neared the completion of their preparations in Naivasha ahead of the game with Sudan with a test game victory over Kenyan local side, Oserian on Tuesday.
Only two members of the team - goalkeeper Richard Kingson and striker Joetex Frimpong - missed out of the test game as Milovan Rajevac played every squad member.
After a goalless first half, the Black Stars returned from the break to win the game 3-0 ahead of their departure from Kenya on Thursday.
Kwadwo Asamoah struck first with Matthew Amoah and Michael Essien following up with the other two goals.
The game formed part of Ghana's preparations for Saturday's 2010 World Cup qualifier against Sudan in Omdurman.
