CAF Africa Schools Championship: Gambian Mohammed Sanneh to officiate Ghana versus Uganda Boys opener

Gambian Mohammed Sanneh has been named as the centre referee for Ghana's opening match against Uganda in the 2025 CAF Africa Schools Championship, scheduled to take place at the University of Ghana Stadium on Wednesday April 23, 2025.

He will be assisted by Cheikh Talibouya Thiecoura (Senegal) and Adam Laafari (Morocco) with Mohammed Amine Kessar (Algeria) serving as fourth official.

Ghana's Frederick Acheampong and Zimbabwean Gaylord Madhunguza have been named as General Coordinators.

The Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Professor Kwame Mintah, is Head of the Technical Study Group.

Nigerian Temitope Babatunde Adewale has been named as Security Officer with Bienvenu Sinko from Cote D'voire serving as Safeguarding Officer.

The 2025 CAF African Schools Football Championship takes place from April 23 to April 26, 2025, at the University of Ghana Stadium.
