A high-powered delegation will pay a courtesy call on former Ghana President Jerry John Rawlings on Friday to formally inform him of the death of Jordan Anagblah.
The delegation from the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and the family of the late Vice-President of the GFA will visit the residence of Mr. Rawlings on Friday morning.
The late Anagblah, who was a close friend of Mr. Rawlings, died in Accra last week after a short illness.
The delegation is also expected to formally invite the ex-Ghana President to the funeral scheduled for July 14, 2012 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Anagblah was 55.
He was elected Vice President of the GFA last year having served on the Executive Committee for over a decade.
He remained a pillar in the development of youth football through the country.
