The GFA Disciplinary Committee has declined Berekum Chesea’s request to postpone an invitation sent to the club to appear before the Committee at its next sitting.

According to the Disciplinary Committee, their decision to reject the request was taken after it took into consideration the reasons alluded to by the Chelsea.

The Disciplinary Committee shall therefore accordingly continue with the hearing of the case slated for Friday, April 17, 2015 at the GFA Board room.

The case is in relation to a Protest filed by Mr. Hans Van Der-Pluym to enforce the Decision of the GFA’s Player's Status Committee with respect to the failure of Berekum Chelsea to comply with the decision by the Players’ Status Committee to fulfill outstanding contractual payments to Coach Van Der-Pluym.
