Division One League announces home venue placements for Zone 1 ahead of 2026/27 Season

Football Association (GFA) has announced the approved home venue placements for clubs competing in Zone 1 of the 2026/27 Division One League, ahead of the new season.

In Zone 1A, Wa Power Sporting Club will host their home matches in Wa, while Sanakara FC will play their home fixtures in Yendi.

Steadfast FC, Real Tamale United, Northern City FC and Tamale City will all stage their home matches in Tamale.

Berekum City will also host its home matches in Tamale, while Kalibi SC will welcome opponents in Wa.

In Zone 1B, Yapei United will host their home matches in Buipe, with Techiman Eleven Wonders playing in Techiman.

Bactero Sassan FC will stage its home fixtures in Sunyani, while Dormaa United FC will play in Dormaa. Might Royals will host their matches in Wamfie, with K.A.C. Academy also playing its home games in Sunyani.

In Zone 1A, Wa Power Sporting Club will host their home matches in Wa, while Sanakara FC will play their home fixtures in Yendi.

The 2026/27 Division One League will kick off from September 18–21, 2026, with the 30-week campaign set to run through to May 24, 2027, as clubs compete for promotion and top honours.
