A Joseph Ensow goal helped Ebusua Dwarfs to a 1-0 home win against Aduana Stars in their outstanding match-day-17 Premier League fixture.

The win at the Robert Mensah Stadium on Thursday lifts Cape Coast side off the foot of the log as the season nears its final weeks.

Prior to kick-off, Dwarfs were bottom of the table but after the game, they have swapped places with Aduana, who are now prop the other fifteen sides though they have one game in hand.

After a goalless first half, Ensow scored the decisive goal that made the difference to hand Dwarfs all three points.

The win will boost Dwarfs' push for survival as they are just three points from safety.
