The Ghana Football Association’s Football School License D Coaching course began in Koforidua in the Eastern Region on Monday, September 11, 2023 at the Koforidua Secondary Technical.
The course is being organised by the Technical Directorate of the Ghana Football Association in collaboration with its Regional governing body - Eastern Regional Football Association. Foty five (45) football coaches drawn from various Districts in the Region are taking part in the course.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Chairman of the Eastern Regional Football Association, Linford Asamoah, described coaching as an integral part of football. Describing the training as worthy and timely and is of the hope that the advanced course will give Ghana football coaches the chance to learn new skills for the good of the game.
The course instructors include Charles Anokye Frimpong, Karim Zito, Isaac Aryeh and Bismark Odame with the supervision by the Director of Coaching Education, Prof. Joseph Kwame Mintah with assistance from Administrative Manager Maxwell Caesar Kemeh.
