New Edubiase FC fought back to clinch a 2-2 draw against Asante Kotoko in their First Capital Plus Premier League Match day 14 game played at the Len Clay Stadium on Sunday.
The home side scored the opening goal within the first ten minutes of the game before Jordan Opoku got the equalizer for his side in the 25th minute.
The reigning League Champions then shot into the lead ten minutes after courtesy Emmanuel Asante’s long drive.
Haminu Dramani however denied Kotoko all three points when he scored a late equalizer with just two minutes to full time.
After grabbing a point at home, Edubiase now have 17 points and are 14th on the League table while Asante Kotoko remain at the 9th position with 19 points.
At the Kpando Stadium, Liberty Professionals managed to secure a point after their game against Heart of Lions ended goalless.
