Executive Committee members of the Ghana Football Association on Saturday engaged key stakeholders in the Central Region to discuss pertinent matters about the game.
GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi led the delegation as they listened to concerns raised by key persons in the development of the game before meeting supporters of various clubs including Premier League side Ebusua Dwarfs.
The GFA team included George Afriyie, Leanier Addy, Kweku Eyiah, Kojo Yankah and M.N.S Doe, the Central Region FA Chairman.
The delegation also visited the headquarters of Dwarfs to acquaint themselves with their facilities and interacted with the club's leadership about their challenges.
A press conference was also held in Cape Coast as it formed part of a new initiative to connect with stakeholders and media in all parts of the country.
The delegation also visited the Robert Mensah Stadium to inspect the damage done following the recent crowd violence during the Dwarfs- Aduana Glo Premier League game.
The grounds has been banned temporarily from hosting any GFA-organised matches.
The GFA team ended the tour with prayers said at the spot in the Robert Mensah Stadium where founder of Liberty Professionals, Sly Tetteh collapsed and died last year.
