The Ghana Football Association has expressed its deepest condolence to Royal Anderlecht Football Club and the Agormor family, as they mourn the passing of Michael Dzibogodzi Agormor.
Michael went for a tackle during a third-tier league match on May 1, 2011 at the Tema Sports Stadium and remained on the pitch as he was later rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
"Michael Dzigbodzi was a young and ambitious footballer who met his untimely death whilst pursuing his professional dreams. The GFA mourns with the family of Michael and Royal Anderlecht Football Club in this period of grief.
"We pray that the good Lord grants Michael eternal rest," an FA statement read.
