The Ghana Football Association has kicked against the use of its logo without authorization for various commercial purposes.

Investigations has confirmed that the Football Association's logo is been used for designing T-shirts and other sports paraphernalia without authorization from the sport body.

According to an FA statement, legal action would taken against individuals or groups who make use of the logo without its approval.

"We wish to bring to the notice of the general public that the Association's logo has been registered with the Registrar General's Department," the statement read.

The statement further explained that individuals and companies who are interested in using the logo of the Ghana Football Association must first purchase an application form from its secretariat and return them with all the requisite information and information to facilitate their approval.
