Hasaacas Ladies won the National Women's Championship back-to-back after beating rivals, Fabulous Ladies 5-3 on penalties on Saturday.

Fabulous Ladies’ goalkeeper Memunatu Sulemana, a former Ghana international after having saved a kick missed hers as Hasaacas, again beat the Kumasi-based side in the final at the Accra Stadium.

Priscilla Okyere and Belinda Anane also missed their shots with Hasaacas captain Samira Sulemana missing as well.

Both sides, winners of their respective divisions in the League finished regulation time goalless to send the game into penalties.

However, goalkeeper Sulemana's miss presented Hasaacas with the opportunity to plant their fifth kick in the back of the net as they lifted the Championship once more.

However in the relegation play-off between teams that finished one place above bottom in the divisions, Soccer Intellectuals romped in the goals to win 9-0 over Oforikrom Ladies.

The results confirms Intellectuals' place in the National Women's League for next season whiles Oforikrom are relegated.

Oforikrom, thus join Ayoola Ladies and Sharp Arrows into relegation after the 2013/2014 season.

Janet Egyir, consistent at the rear for Hasaacas, won the Best Player of the season while with 17 goals, Fabulous Ladies' Agnes Aduako won the top scorer award.

Susan Atsem of Prisons Ladies won the season's Best Goalkeeper award with the Fair Play award going to Ashtown Ladies.

Each of the players received a trophy and cash prize of GH¢100.00 in addition to a pair of boots, a pair of gloves for the goalkeeper and a football for the best player.

The champions were also awarded a cash prize of GH¢2,000 while the runners up had GH¢1,000.00.
