FIFA names Ahmed Abdulrazg from Libya as referee for Ghana vs. Chad FIFA World Cup qualifier
Ahmed Abdulrazg from Libya has been appointed as referee for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Matchday 5 Group I qualifier between Ghana and Chad.
Compatriots Amsaaed Attia M. Essa (Assistant I), Munji Alayat (Assistant II) and Muhammad Saad Elmabrouk Elmabrouk (Fourth Referee) will be his assistants.
Kokou Djaoupe from Togo has been named as Referee Assessor while Holland-Cole Kasho Joseph from Sierra Leone serves as the Match Commissioner.
The match is scheduled to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 19:00Hrs. Ghana currently stands second in Group I with nine points from four matches, having secured three wins and one defeat.
