The competition in the Elite U15 Boys Championship remains intense as Ashanti Region and Volta Region continue to lead the pack after Match Day 3, while Greater Accra Region and Northern Region maintain pressure from second place in their respective groups.

In Group A, Ashanti Region extended their dominance with a 3-0 victory over Western Region, taking their points tally to 9. Their consistent performance has firmly established them at the top of the group standings.

Northern Region, keeping pace, earned a hard-fought 1-0 win over Eastern Region. The win allowed Northern Region to remain in second place with 6 points, keeping their hopes alive for the top spot.

Group B witnessed similar competition as Volta Region maintained their unbeaten run, defeating Upper East Region 3-2 in a comeback victory. With this win, Volta Region also reached 9 points, solidifying their position at the top of the group.

Meanwhile, Greater Accra Region continued their pursuit with a narrow 1-0 win over Central Region. The victory ensured Greater Accra remains in second place in Group B with 6 points.

As the competition heats up, teams will take a break on Tuesday before returning for Match Day 4 on Wednesday, where the battle for dominance and qualification promises to intensify.

The championship is part of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme, offering a vital platform for young talents across Ghana to showcase their skills and gain competitive experience.
