The Groups for the maiden edition of the Elite U15 Boys Colts Championship has been announced.
The ten (10) Regional Football Associations, have been housed in two groups of five teams each for the 10-day Championship, scheduled to take place at the GFA's Technical Centre, Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram.
In Group A, Ashanti Region have been paired against Northern Region, Eastern Region, Western Region and Upper East Region.
Greater Accra Region, Bono Ahafo Region, Volta Region, Central Region, and Upper West Region are housed in Group B.
The Elite U15 Boys Colts Championship runs from Wednesday October 16, to Sunday October 27, 2024.
The ten Regional Football Associations will select the best U15 players from their Colts Competitions to represent their regions in the juvenile championship.
The championship, which is focused on talent identification, will see budding talents showcase their immense potential and quality at the Technical Centre of the Ghana Football Association, the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, in Prampram.
The championship forms part of the implementation phase of FIFA's Talent Development Scheme (TDS) by the GFA, aimed at talent identification and development of the next generation of top football stars.
The tournament will feature the best Under-15 male players from the ten Regional Football Associations.
