FIFA TDS: Regional Teams Arrive for Elite U15 Boys Championship at GSCE, Prampram

The Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence (GSCE) in Prampram is set for a thrilling tournament as regional teams from across Ghana arrived on Wednesday, 16th October, 2024, to participate in the highly anticipated Elite U15 Boys Championship.

The tournament, part of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS), designed to spotlight the next generation of football talent, has brought together young players from all ten regions, each eager to showcase their skills on a national stage.

The championship, which officially kicks off on Thursday, 17th October, 2024, aims to provide a platform for young footballers to compete in a high-level environment, with the goal of fostering talent and encouraging the development of the sport at the grassroots level.

The atmosphere at the GSCE is charged with anticipation as players, coaches, and administrators prepare for a week of competitive football.

Team from all the ten football regions have assembled at the Technical Center in Prampram for the championship which kicks off on Thursday.

Earlier in July this year, the Elite U15 Girls Championship was held at the same facility with the Ashanti Region emerging winners of the competition.

The boys’ edition promises to be more exciting with talents drawn from the colts leagues in all the regions across the country
