Ghana born and Wolves midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong is to undergo further assessment on an eye injury.
The on-loan Arsenal player was stretchered off in the early stages of the second half of the 3-2 defeat to Aston Villa on Saturday after taking a kick to the head from Stiliyan Petrov.
Frimpong was immediately taken to hospital, where tests confirmed he had not suffered any head or spinal damage.
But the 20-year-old has severe swelling around his eye and he is therefore set to have further tests.
"I can't remember too much about it to be honest," Frimpong told Wolves' official website.
"I remember heading the ball and from what I heard I then got a kick in the face.
"We'll just have to give it a couple of days and wait for it to settle down."
