The Black Starlets will know their group opponents for the African U-17 Championship when the draw is made on December 9 for next year's finals.
Ghana beat South Africa 2-1 in Sekondi on Saturday to complete a 5-3 aggregate victory.
Sunday's draw in Cairo will pit hosts Morocco, Congo-Brazzaville, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Nigeria, Botswana and Gabon into two groups of four.
However, the draw will be without reigning African under-17 champions Burkina Faso, who lost 3-0 in Tunisia and will not be in Morocco next year to defend their title.
The four semi-finalists from the African championship, that takes place between 13 and 27 April, will qualify for the 2013 Under-17 World Cup which kicks off on 17 October in United Arab Emirates.
