Ghana arrives in Franceville

Ghana arrived in Gabon for the African Cup of Nations, late Friday from their pre-competition camp in South Africa.

The Black Stars touched down in the capital Libreville before transferring to its base in the country’s second city, Franceville.

Goran Stevanovic’s team plays debutant, Botswana in their opening match in Group D on Tuesday before games against Mali and Guinea, all at Stade de Franceville.

Ghana, four-time African champions completed its preparations with a 2-0 win over South African club side Platinum Stars on Wednesday.
