Last season's Beach Soccer Premier League runner-up, Cheetah BSC, faces another weekend of anxiety as title rivals Layoca BSC press from behind.
The top two are tied at 28 points apiece with three games left in the season to go.
Cheetah's three points in their Week 12 match are all but certain, however Layoca will face a formidable challenge on Saturday at the Laboma Beach resort from local rivals Dansoman BSC.
Another game to look forward to is Sea Sharks vs. Teshie United, who could be relegated, as the Sharks want to finish in the top four after losing to Layoca the week before.
Meanwhile, the only team from a non-coastal region, Okere Rangers, will face a tough test when they come up against Nungua BSC.
The first game in Zone 1 this weekend will be the Eastern region-based club's matchup versus Nungua Business Soccer Club.
Meanwhile In zone 2, the Mighty Warriors are in pole position to win the league and secure the final spot after picking up all three points in their dramatic duel against defending champions Ada Assurance.
The Havedzi Warriors will aim to defeat the Ocean Stars of Tegbi, their neighbors, by gaining three more points on Sunday. Zone 2's first matchup between the rivals will take place at the Keta Emancipation Beach Resort.
Ada Assurance will take on Kedzi Miracle while former champions Sunset Sports do battle with high-flying Vodza Iron Breakers to seal the week 12 games of the 2024 Beach Soccer Premier League.
