Milovan Rajevac expects to have the full complement of his team as Ghana’s team continue with preparations in Accra ahead of the second phase of their 2010 World Cup qualifiers against Benin.

Eleven members of the senior team trained during the open session at the Ohene Djan Stadium for the first day meeting on Monday.

All local-based players called up were present with John Paintsil, Nana Akwasi Asare, Jonathan Quartey, Jonathan Mensah, Samuel Yeboah and Moussa Narry all training on Monday.

Despite a brief session, a confident Rajevac says he is eager to step up his methods as the Ghana squad gathers in the coming days ahead of the game on Sunday.

“We are expecting everyone on Tuesday and they (players) know clearly that the match with Benin is very crucial in our campaign.

“We must not be too relaxed at any moment because we know Benin are strong and a good side.

“This (Benin) game means a lot to us and we are sure that we would be ready by Sunday,” Rajevac told www.ghanafa.org.

The Black Stars will play the Squirrels of Benin on Sunday in the first Group D game as the joint qualifiers for the 2010 African Nations Cup and World Cup begin on the continent this weekend.
