Ghana will play DR Congo in their 2013 Africa Cup of Nations' opening Group B match in the South African city of Port Elizabeth.
The Black Stars, who will be making their fifth successive appearance at the competition after 2004 are the seeded team in the group which also includes Niger and Mali.
Ghana's first game is on January 20, a day after the opening match of the tournament between hosts South Africa and debutants, Cape Verde.
The tournament, which will be held between 19 January and 10 February, will see Kwesi Appiah's side also taking on Mali on January 24 before rounding up their group campaign against Niger in Port Elizabeth on January 28.
The two teams that advance from Ghana's group will play the winners and runners-up from Group A which is made up of South Africa, Cape Verde, Morocco and Angola in quarter-finals in Port Elizabeth or Durban.
