Ghana will play Nigeria in one of the semi-final clashes of the Wafu Nations Cup following Tuesday's penalty defeat to Togo in the final Group B tie.

The Black Meteors lost 4-3 on penalties in the reverse match in the two-team group after Senegal and Gambia withdrew from the regional championship.

Ghana had earlier beaten Togo 2-1 on Sunday but both teams were tied 3-3 on aggregate on Tuesday afternoon in Abeoukuta after the Black Meteors suffered a 2-1 defeat.

After going down through an own goal, striker Nathaniel Asamoah drew Ghana level as the Togolese scored again to push the tie into penalties to determine which team tops the group.
