Captain of the Futsal national team of Ghana Timothy Kantanka says the team is poised for action in the 2024 Futsal Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Friday.

Ghana is scheduled to take on Cote D’Ivoire in the 1st leg encounter at the University of Cape Coast sports Hall and captain Timothy Kantanka has promised Ghanaians a massive win.

The Futsal national team has been in Cape Coast in preparation towards the game and here is what Captain Kantanka has been sharing with ghanafa.org.

“I am elated as to how my colleagues and I are putting in our best in our preparation for the two legs against against Cote D’Ivoire. I must say that I am impressed especially talking of our preparation from Prampram by our coaches''.

''From our training sessions, one might think we have been doing this for a long time but this is actually our first time but we are ready''.

''Even though we know it’s not going to be an easy game, we will fight for victory so Ghanaian should expect nothing but qualification and a massive win from us’’.

''I want to seize this opportunity to thank the FA for their incredible support given to us” Captain Timothy Kantanka added.

The game is scheduled for a 3:00pm kick off in the Sports hall of the University of Cape Coast on Friday, February 2, 2024.
