The Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GA RFA) is set to hold its Ordinary Congress on Friday, October 18, 2024.

This important event will take place at the Conference Room of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) at the Accra Sports Stadium, starting at 10:00 am.

The Congress will be chaired by the GA RFA Chairman Samuel Aboabiri.

The Congress will serve as a key moment in the GA RFA calendar, signalling the beginning of discussions that will shape the 2024/25 football season in the region.

Key stakeholders, including club representatives, referees, and other affiliated football community members, will convene to discuss crucial issues affecting regional football.

In addition to setting the direction for the upcoming season, the Congress will tackle various administrative, developmental, and financial matters aimed at improving the football landscape in Greater Accra Region.

The decisions made at this Congress will create a roadmap for effectively organising and running competitions at all levels, including youth football initiatives, women's football, and grassroots programs in the region.
