Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan continued with his fine scoring form when he netted a brace on Thursday for Al-Ain in the top-of-the-table clash with Al Jazira.

Al Ain won 3-1 to move top of the standings in the UAE league as they have now opened a four-point lead.

Gyan is now the leading scorer having scored 13 goals in 12 matches.
