The game intensified in the second half when Gloria Fosua, just six minutes after coming on as a substitute, scored for Halifax Queens. Faith Ladies quickly responded, with Zanira Abdul Razak equalizing.
However, Halifax Queens turned the tide with Seidatu Wahab's winner, despite going down to ten players after Faustina Nyame Aidoo's red card in the 61st minute.
