Berekum Chelsea proved too strong for the struggling Heart of Lions as they won 3-0 at the Golden City Park on Wednesday.

The loss was Lions' second on a trot as as Chelsea, who have a game in hand move out of the relegation zone.

Benjamin Boateng opened the scoring in the first half before two second half goals by Jackson Owusu and Dennis Tetteh sealed all three points for Chelsea.

In Bechem, Noah Martey's second half goal against Liberty Professionals handed Bechem United a 1-0 victory over Liberty Professionals.

The victory moves Bechem to third on the log.
