Hearts of Oak were lucky to earn all three points as Aduana staged a last minute comeback in their First Capital Plus Premier League midweek match played at the Accra Stadium.

The Phobians took a 2-0 lead before the hour mark before Aduana pulled one back in the 64th minute of the match from a spot kick.

Hearts however scored again in the 73rd minute before Richard Addae got Aduana’s second of the day after connecting from a corner kick to beat Soulama Abdoulaye in post for Hearts.

The Dormaa based team intensified the pressure as they pushed for atleast a draw from the match but Soulama made some important saves to keep Hearts ahead.

Arnold Bosson scored his debut goal for Hearts with his 38th minute opener before Isaac Oduro curled in a beautiful free kick.

Gilbert Fiamenyo took his goal tally to six with his 73rd minute goal which came barely 10 minutes after Godfred Saka converted a penalty for Aduana.

Addae’s 82nd minute goal gave the away side some confidence as they fought to secure a third goal that will take the results to 3-3 but Hearts were able to hold on to their lead until the blast of the whistle.

The Phobians have now moved out of the relegation zone and are lying 12th on the League table with Aduana maintaining their second position despite the defeat.
