Hearts to give evidence after pleading not guilty

The Disciplinary Committee will on 23 July begin proceedings into charges of misconduct and violence against Hearts of Oak, two of their officials, players and supporters.

This follows their denial of the charges and request for a personal hearing.

Four counts of misconduct were filed against the Club for the incidents that happened during and after a Premier League match against New Edubiase in Accra on 4th June, 2014.

Administrator of Hearts of Oak, Hackman Aidoo faces two counts for misconduct and violence for verbally abusing and physically assaulting the match officials after the game with Edubiase.

Mohammed Alhassan, a porter of Hearts of Oak has been charged on two counts for misconduct and violence for verbally abusing and physically assaulting the match officials in the course of the game against Edubiase.

Hearts of Oak, Hackman Aidoo and Mohammed Alhassan will appear before the disciplinary panel at 3:00pm on Wednesday.
