Hearts of Oak have advanced to the Round of 32 stage of the FA Cup without kicking a ball and will now meet Dunkwa Utd.
A date and venue for this outstanding third round match is however yet to be determined by the FA Cup Committee.
The Phobians gained a walk-over in the previous stage, the Round of 64, after Kintampo Sharp Arrows failed to turn up for their scheduled match.
The matter subsequently went before the Disciplinary Committee and a ruling went in favour of Hearts of Oak.
Two other Round of 64 cases are pending before the Disciplinary Committee as Yegola FC await the outcome of the New Edubiase and BA United case while Danbort FC will take on the winner of protest between BA Stars and Kotoku Royals.
