The Black Stars trained at Stade municipal Bingerville in Abidjan ahead of their final group B game against Mozambique.
All 27-players took part in the training as Chris Hughton put them through their paces in readiness for the clash at Stade Alassane Ouattara in Ebimpe on Monday.
Ghana need a win to stand the chance of qualifying for the next round of the tournament.
