Wassaman are through to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup after beating second-tier side Inter-Allies 4-3 on penalties on Wednesday.

The Premier League side will now play Tema Youth in the fifth round after their Round of 16 victory.

Both sides endured a frustrating 90 minutes with no goals at the Tema Stadium as the penalty lottery had to decide the game.

Hassan Williams of Inter-Allies crashed the first penalty-kick onto the cross-bar before Wassaman goalkeeper Stephen Ahorlu saved Emmanuel Adjetey’s spot-kick which was Inter-Allies’ fifth on the afternoon.
