Champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies ended the zonal League on a sour note as they suffered a 1-0 loss to Kumasi Sports Academy on the final day of the Malta Guinness Wome’s Premier League. Kumasi Sports Academy who were eager to maintain their place in the top flight started on a brighter note as they broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute through Theresah Darko.

In the Kulikuli derby, Tamale Super Ladies drew 1-1 with PearlPia Ladies in Tamale. An Iddi Sherifa deflected free kick resulted in an own goal for Pearlpia Ladies in the 21st minute but Alhassan Asana equalized for Tamale Super Ladies after converting from a spot kick in the 75th minute.
