As part of ongoing programmes to enhance the quality of Coaching at all levels of Ghana Football, a Licence D Coaching course will be held for selected Coaches in the Ashanti Region from July 15-22, 2024

Thirty-eight Coaches from within the Ashanti Region shall participate in the course which will take place at the Christian Village in Kumasi.

Under the leadership of GFA Technical Director, Professor Joseph K. Mintah, the Coaches shall be taken through various topics in line with the GFA's quest to have more properly ttrained Coaches in the football ecosystem as this would significantly improve player development at the Grassroots level.

It is also the objective of the GFA to ensure that practicing coaches are licensed as they seek to build careers in Coaching.

With trends in Football Coaching continuously evolving, the Licence D Course to be undertaken by the participants will expose them to modern trends in Football Coaching.

The GFA will be holding more Coaching courses for both male and female Coaches in the various Football Regions of Ghana in line with its overarching goal of fixing the fundamentals of Ghana Football.
